I’m Caryn Fox, and with almost 30 years in recruitment, I’ve worked across both agency and in-house environments, partnering with start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise businesses.

I set up Connor Fox with a clear purpose: to connect great people with great opportunities and to help build futures — for individuals and for businesses. My approach is built on experience, honesty, and long-term relationships, ensuring that both candidates and clients feel supported, understood, and confident throughout the journey.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible recruiters, HR professionals, hiring managers — and of course — outstanding candidates.

I began my career with an IT recruitment agency, building strong foundations in technical hiring and developing a specialism in IT recruitment. Later I co-ran a recruitment business for almost nine years, championing a people-first approach to HR and talent acquisition.
More recently, I spent nearly six years in-house with a performance marketing and SaaS company, leading full-cycle recruitment across all levels. In that role, I supported internal teams and external digital and tech start-ups, giving me first-hand experience of scaling businesses from the inside.
This blend of agency, consultancy, leadership, and in-house experience means I understand hiring from every angle — and I bring that perspective to every partnership I build.
